Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Zentraq application, operated by Aceternity Solutions Private Limited. We want you to be completely satisfied with Zentraq. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
Zentraq currently offers two subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $6 per month, billed every 30 days, auto-renewing
- Annual Plan: $60 per year, billed once annually, auto-renewing at a discounted rate
All paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be notified by email before any renewal charge.
2. Free Trial
All new users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to Zentraq Premium. No payment information is required to start your trial. At the end of the 3-day period, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan to continue using premium features. You will never be charged automatically without your explicit action at the end of the trial.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access to premium features until that date. To cancel:
- iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Zentraq → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Zentraq → Cancel
Cancellation requests sent via email will be acknowledged within 2 business days, but in-app cancellation through your device settings is the fastest and most reliable method.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a documented technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing core features of the Service for an extended period, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Unauthorized Purchases: If a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@aceternity.com and we will review and resolve the case promptly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Subscription renewals (we send renewal reminders via email in advance)
- Partial months or unused portions of any subscription period
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
6. App Store & Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple.
- Google Play Store: Visit Google Play subscriptions to manage or request a refund.
For purchases made through these platforms, we may not have the ability to issue refunds directly and you should contact the respective store. However, we're always happy to assist — reach out to us and we'll do our best to support you.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@aceternity.com with:
- Your full name and email address associated with your Zentraq account
- The purchase date and amount
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of the issue)
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
