Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Zentraq mobile application or website operated by Aceternity Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zentraq, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zentraq is a fitness and wellness tracking application that enables users to log workouts, track caloric intake, monitor progress, and receive AI-powered health insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@aceternity.com

You may not create accounts using automated methods or under false pretenses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest data from the Service without our explicit consent

5. Health Disclaimer

Zentraq is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content provided within the app — including AI-generated recommendations — is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or dietary program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are owned by or licensed to Aceternity Solutions Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Zentraq (such as progress photos or custom workout notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

8. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Zentraq currently offers two plans:

• Monthly: $6 per month, billed every 30 days
• Annual: $60 per year, billed once annually

New users receive a 3-day free trial with no payment required. At the end of the trial, you must actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing premium features — you will not be charged automatically. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aceternity Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
